Air~Play Inflatables is a family owned and operated business located in Cincinnati, Ohio. With over 20 years experience in the entertainment production and corporate event planning and event management industries, we know exactly how to treat our customers, and offer a quality, customer friendly inflatable rental company.

We were founded and chartered by the State of Ohio in 2008, as a Limited Liability Corporation (LLC), and have aggressively continued to grow ever since. We have been driven by the tremendous response and feedback from our numerous satisfied customers. We are constantly adding new products and services based on the needs of our customers, and we offer a very wide variety of inflatables, Table and chair rentals and more.

DON'T BE FOOLED!

Ohio & Kentucky laws require that every inflatable unit be licensed and inspected annually before they can be operated, or offered to the public. This is a very costly procedure with many safety and compliance requirements, including proof of a minimum $1,000,000 of commercial insurance. If these requirements are not properly met, the fines are very stiff and the consequences could be very dangerous to your children and your guests! There are many local companies in the Greater Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky area offering inflatable rentals, and do not have liability insurance, and are not in compliance with State ride safety requirements. Sure, they say that they are licensed and insured on their website, and they will even tell you that they are on the telephone.... ASK TO SEE PROOF! Just as you probably wouldn't eat at a restaurant that hasn't passed a health department inspection, or send your kids to a school that hasn't passed a fire inspection, or put them on a bus with an unlicensed driver... you shouldn't trust a company who's equipment and operators haven't passed a safety inspection. Not to mention... THEY ARE OPERATING ILLEGALY, AND JEOPARDIZING THE SAFETY OF YOUR CHILDREN! Air-Play Inflatables has maintained a record of 100% compliance with all state ride safety bureaus, and has passed all state inspections and audits with flying colors. Additionally, we are endorsed and accredited by SIOTO (Safe Inflatable Operators Training Organization), as well as receive specialized training through IIPG. We also carry a $5,000,000.00 commercial insurance policy, and will gladly furnish you with a copy upon request.
