Rain provision

The morning of your event, we will study various weather reports. If there seems to be a major threat of rain, we will give you the option to re-schedule (based on availability). Once our equipment has been set up, then our obligation has been met.
 

Attendant / operator

THE INFLATABLES MUST BE ATTENDED AT ALL TIMES! This person must be familiar with the rules and safety guidelines.

Our inflatables are not a substitute for a babysitter. Leaving children unattended in an inflatable unit is just like leaving them unattended in a swimming pool. We strongly advise our customers "DON'T DO IT!!!"

 

If you choose to provide your own attendant, that person must be over the age of 16 and must be present at the time of delivery to receive training. We can provide an attendant for $75.00 for 4 hours (additional hours @$15.00 per hour).
 

Electric

It is your obligation to provide a constant 20 amp electric source. We will provide up to 100' of electric cord. We do offer generator rental for an additional $75.00 NOTE: Do not assume that parks, shelters, and picnic areas have electric available. CHECK FIRST!
 

Delivery / set-up

Delivery includes the entire Tri-State area. Delivery rates vary depending on the size of the order, the distance to be traveled and the flexibility allowed for delivery and pickup.

 

Delivery rate starts at $50 with additional fees based on distance traveled. CALL FOR QUOTE.
 

Rental period

All of our Inflatable rentals are based on a 5 hour window of time. We are very flexible with our delivery schedule and will always try to give you more time. We will route our deliveries according to location and event times. Typically, deliveries begin at 8:00 am, and we will make sure that you receive your inflatables long before your first guest arrives. In some cases, we may need to deliver the night before, or pick up the following day. We ask for as much flexibility from you as possible.
